External Service Providers

At Glenfield Park School, we believe every student deserves the right care and support to thrive. We work closely with families and approved External Providers to offer individualised, in-school 1:1 support that complements each student’s learning and wellbeing journey.

Our Approach

We’re an inclusive, trauma-informed school that focuses on the whole child — their social, emotional and academic growth. Using a strengths-based approach, we help students build confidence, self-regulation and lifelong learning skills in a safe and supportive environment. By working in collaboration with External Providers, we are able to create a Holistic Support Plan that empowers our students with self-regulation strategies and knowledge to help them in the future.

How We Work with External Providers

External Providers play an important role in supporting our students. To ensure a coordinated and safe approach, all providers:

Families can request support by contacting the school in writing. We’ll help coordinate next steps and ensure the service aligns with each student’s educational needs.

If Things Change

If a service no longer meets a student’s needs or impacts school operations, the school may review or withdraw provider access.

Communication and Feedback

Families and providers will be advised of our process when joining the school or applying to work with students.
If you have concerns or feedback, please follow our school’s complaint process or visit the NSW Department of Education Complaints Guide.
